Positive: perfect location, perfect lay out big for two bedroom comparing with usual layouts in Dubai Negative: check out time is very soon

Really enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend. Positive: Very spacious and clean with well equipped kitchen. Nicely styled. Really good location, loved walking out in the evening to West Beach and the private residence pool was so much more peaceful than the main Fairmont hotel pool. Negative: Next time I would try to choose an apartment (still through Propigo) with a sea view balcony, just so we could enjoy sitting out more in the evenings or at breakfast. But the sound-proofing was good and the road noise didn’t disturb our sleep or anything so I would stay here again if no sea view available.

Positive: The apartment was lovely and perfect for a family especially if you are travelling with kids and require more space than a hotel room affords. It was also very practical in terms of amenities. Had everything we needed in the apartment. Negative: They only give one access card so if you're not going to be together all the time it can get a bit tricky as it's needed to access the basics like lifts and parking space door.
